Welcome to Nova Botanical!  It’s me, Chef! A long time hobbyist collector who retired from restaurants to pursue a new dream. A dream of spending time with my family and not on a hot line. A dream to have something named after my kids, Noah and Ava. A dream where growth is the center of attention.   Nova represents my passion and love of life.
