Shipping via UPS 3-Day shipping. I ship packages on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, from Maine. Default shipping is UPS 3-day, but I will upgrade to 2-day shipping if the amount you've paid towards shipping covers the cost. Upgraded shipping is highly recommended. Shipping Mondays through Wednesdays. Grown in temps that range from 68° F to 85° F. Humidity ranges from 65% to 85%upgraded shipping is highly recommended, especially for Begonias and Alocasia. 🌡 Please be aware of the temperature in your area. I am not responsible for heat/cold damage. Insulation is included with all purchases if requested. Heat and cold packs are available for purchase. It is the seller's responsibility to check your local temperatures and purchase appropriate weather protection. If you fail to purchase appropriate weather protection and your plants arrive in poor condition, I am unable to replace or issue a refund. Heat packs should be purchased if your day time temperatures drop below 45° F. Upgraded shipping should be purchased if your temps drop below 50° F. 🌟 Terms and Conditions: 🌟 I package with love. Please have realistic expectations when purchasing/shipping plants or corms. Yellow leaves, leaf loss, leaf bruising, drooping, etc... is common and may occur. Unboxing video must be provided within 1 hour of receiving the package to request a claim. Refunds/exchanges aren't guaranteed, but I will always do my best to help/remedy the situation.
