From timeless Japanese pottery to delicate Thai craftsmanship and especially Chinese porcelain, every piece is carefully selected for its artistry and charm—perfectly complementing your favorite caudex, agaves, and botanical collections. 🌵🪴 Each vessel you receive carries a story of culture, tradition, and beauty. 🌿 Thank you for being part of our Palmstreet journey and for all your love and support! ❤️ Shipping Notes 📦 Careful Packaging: We ship from Hong Kong and have plenty of experience packing fragile ceramics to ensure they arrive safely to house your green companions. 🪵 US Delivery Time: It takes approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive in the US. Customs clearance can sometimes affect this timeframe. Customer Notice: After paying the shipping fee, all import duties and taxes (including customs duties, VAT, consumption tax, etc.) will be borne by us. You will not incur any additional charges.🫶 Loss & Damage Claims: If your item arrives damaged or gets lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a compensation solution (a refund or replacement depending on the extent of the damage). 🛠️ Shipping Schedule 🗓️ Now We have 3 fixed shipping days each week: Tuesday, Thursday. Orders placed on non-shipping days can remain as an "Open Box" for combined shipping until our next scheduled shipping day! 💡 Please Note: We use flight cargo. That is why after the shipping label is created, the tracking will show "Awaiting items" for about a week while the goods are being arranged with the airlines. Once the packages land and clear customs in the USA, tracking will activate from its US entry point (such as California, New York, or Illinois). ✈️ Shipping Rates 💰 First Order:$18 (depending on your location) 📍 Additional Items:** Extra **$8** for each additional vessel 🏺 Large Items: $25 fixed charge per item 📦 Giveaways 🎁 Giveaway events will be held exclusively in our LIVE room. 🎙️ Giveaway winners who do not purchase any other items can still receive their prize. 💖Good News: Winners do NOT need to pay any shipping fees for giveaway prizes!⚠️Please note: In case of special or unforeseen circumstances, the prize may be substituted with an alternative style of equal value. 🌿 Refund & Cancellation Policy ⚠️ To keep our auctions fair for everyone—including both the winners and competitive bidders— all auction sales are considered final. When a winning bidder cancels, it takes away the opportunity from another member of our community who truly wanted the piece. To maintain a fair environment, our policy is as follows A 15% restocking fee will be charged for non‑reason refunds. No refunds will be accepted once the order has been shipped. Video or screenshot evidence is required for claims related to product quality issues. This policy helps protect the integrity of our auctions and ensures a fair experience for everyone.
