Shipping Schedule: I will ship orders Mondays and Tuesdays. Winter Shipping: I highly recommend my winter package add on. This includes a heat pack and insulation to protect your plants against the bitter cold. Local Pickup: I offer local pickup in the denver metro area. Shipping Delays: Life happens and sometimes there might be a delay in shipping. When this happens, I will immediately reach out and inform you of the situation with a new shipping estimate. Hold Policy: I am willing to hold your plants for an extra $1 fee. This can come in handy during the very cold snaps during winter. Issue Reporting: If you have any issues with your order, please send me an unboxing video within 6 hours of arrival and we will work with you for a resolution.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
