Photos represent the plant or plant type you can expect to receive. Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur. 📦 Shipping Plants are carefully packaged to help them arrive safely. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. 🌡️ Weather Extreme temperatures can affect live plants during shipping. Please consider your local weather before purchasing. If temperatures are unsafe, shipping may be delayed when possible to help protect your plant. 💧 Arrival & Acclimation Some shipping stress, yellowing, wilting, leaf damage, or soil movement can happen during transit. Give your plant time to acclimate to its new environment before making major changes. 📸 Damaged/DOA Plants If your plant arrives severely damaged or does not survive transit, please contact me as soon as possible and provide clear photos and video of the plant and packaging. Claims must be submitted within the timeframe required by Palmstreet. 🌱 Roots, Cuttings & Corms Corms, cuttings, seedlings, and rooted plants are living material and may vary in size and development.
