🌿 VinesNPetals — Hoya Shop Guidelines 🌿 Welcome to VinesNPetals! 💚 I’m a Hoya collector and plant enthusiast, and I’m excited to share plants and cuttings from my collection with other Hoya lovers. My goal is to send you healthy, well-established plants that are carefully packaged and ready to grow. 🌱 **PLANT HEALTH** I take great care to maintain healthy, pest-free plants. Plants are inspected before shipping, but please keep in mind that Hoyas are living plants and may experience some stress during shipping. 🪴 **QUARANTINE** I strongly recommend quarantining all new plants for at least 4–6 weeks before introducing them to your existing collection. This is a good practice even when purchasing from trusted growers. 📸 **PLANT PHOTOS** Whenever possible, photos will show the actual plant you will receive. Please review the listing carefully, as size, leaf count, rooting, and variegation will vary from plant to plant. 📦 **SHIPPING** Plants are shipped from North Dakota using tracked shipping. I generally ship early in the week to help avoid packages sitting over the weekend. 🌡️ **SUMMER SHIPPING** During periods of extreme heat, shipments may be delayed to help protect your plant from heat damage. Depending on conditions, insulation or other temperature protection may be used. If temperatures are unsafe at the origin or destination, I will contact you before shipping. ❄️ **WINTER SHIPPING** During cold weather, shipments may be delayed when temperatures are unsafe for live plants. Heat packs and additional insulation may be used when appropriate. Please be aware that winter shipping conditions can vary significantly between North Dakota and your destination. I will always prioritize the health and safety of the plant when deciding whether weather conditions are suitable for shipment. 🚫 **SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS** I only ship to locations where the shipment is permitted under applicable state and federal plant regulations. At this time, I do **not ship to the following locations**: * California (CA) * Hawaii (HI) * Alaska (AK) * Puerto Rico (PR) * U.S. Territories, including Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa If your state is not available at checkout or you are unsure about eligibility, please contact me before purchasing. 💚 **LIVE PLANTS & SHIPPING STRESS** Hoyas are living plants, and minor cosmetic changes, yellowing, leaf movement, or temporary shipping stress can occur during transit. These are not necessarily signs of a problem with the plant. ❗ **SALES & RETURNS** All sales are final. Please review the listing, photos, description, and shipping information carefully before purchasing. If there is a significant issue with your order upon arrival, please contact me promptly with clear photos of the plant and packaging so I can review the situation. 📦 **TRANSIT ISSUES** Once a package has been shipped, carrier delays and handling are outside of my control.
