Please review item descriptions before purchasing. 📦 SHIPPING & WEATHER Orders typically ship Mon–Tues to avoid weekend delays. Please verify your address and monitor tracking. Live plants are sensitive to extreme temperatures, so weather protection or shipping upgrades may be recommended. We may delay shipping when conditions could put your plant at risk. 🪴 LIVE ARRIVAL • PLANTS • TISSUE CULTURES Plants are living products and minor cosmetic damage, yellowing, leaf loss or shipping stress may occur. TCs and young/acclimating plants require specialized care and are not established plants. For significant shipping damage or DOA concerns, contact us within 1 hour of carrier-confirmed delivery with clear photos and an uninterrupted unboxing video. Please do not repot, trim or treat the plant before contacting us. 🪲 PEST PREVENTION Plants are routinely inspected and maintained under an IPM program. We still recommend quarantining all new plants before adding them to your collection. 💚 DELIVERY & ORDER ISSUES Carrier delays are outside our direct control.
