All sales are final - No refunds or exchanges. 📦SHIPPING GUIDELINES 📦 Seller is not responsible for any of the following - Plants damaged or lost due to transit delays - Plant damages or loss caused by carrier mishandling - Lost or stolen packages - Incorrect address entered on Palmstreet by buyer Buyer must provide seller with photos of packaging and items purchased documenting any damages within 10 hours of receipt of shipment for claim filing purposes. ❄️COLD WEATHER SHIPPING GUIDELINES ❄️ - Insulation and heat packs are available for purchase. - Buyer is required to purchase insulation when temperatures are expected to be 50 degrees and below at the order’s destination. - Buyer is required to purchase UPS 2-day shipping upgrade, heat pack and insulation when temperatures are expected to be 40 degrees and below at the order’s destination. - Buyer may opt out of purchasing shipping upgrade, heat pack and insulation by messaging the Seller with a request to ship without shipping upgrade and cold weather protection. - The Buyer must also message the seller that they have read and understand the cold weather shipping guidelines in order to opt out of purchasing shipping upgrade and/or cold weather protection. - The Buyer assumes all risk when opting out of cold protection and/or shipping upgrade. - Orders will not ship until temperatures are above 50 degrees if the Buyer does not purchase the required shipping upgrade and/or cold weather protection and/or the Buyer does not opt out of the cold weather shipping guidelines.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
