Hi and thanks for dropping in! I will pack orders Friday-Sunday with the intent of shipping out on Monday. Standard shipping is $15 + $2 per additional item to help cover shipping and supplies. Shipping will be the fastest available with the amount of shipping you have paid - minimum UPS ground. If you would like to guarantee 2-day or overnight, upgraded shipping will be available in the shop. All sales final. I am not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, but I will do my best to work with you and come to a resolution that satisfies both parties. You are responsible for knowing your weather conditions and the stress it will have on plants in transit.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
