We employ ground shipping as our standard method, so please upgrade your shipping if you reside outside of Virginia or neighboring states. In temperatures of 45 degrees or below, a heat pack is necessary to ensure live arrival, and this guarantee only applies to 2-day shipping. Please note that large orders may incur additional shipping fees. Our packing and shipping schedule is as follows: packing occurs on Fridays, and shipping takes place on Saturday mornings. Therefore, please ensure that all upgrades are purchased before these days. Please be aware that we do not accept returns or refunds and are not liable for delays, damage, lost, or stolen packages.
