Plants are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays. Your package may be held with me to avoid adverse weather conditions. If this happens, I will communicate this with you. I do my best to pack your items with love and care! Once your item leaves my hands, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, weather-related damage or damage done by the carrier.
