All plants are live and grown with care by me and the snoots 🐕. Each one is checked and packed carefully before shipping! I guarantee your satisfaction, so please send me a message if something is out of the ordinary! However, for our protection, I do have the following guidelines: **Plants** 🪴 Variegation is unstable and can change over time, so what arrives may differ from listing photos unless it is notated to be the exact plant. Minor yellowing, browning, or cosmetic damage can happen with live plants. Neither is eligible for refund. **Tissue Cultures** 🌱 Acclimation is up to you. I'm not responsible for TCs that melt after your initial delivery inspection. **Shipping** 📦 - UPS 3-Day, shipped Mon-Tues. Upgrades are available in the shop. - I'm not responsible for carrier or weather delays, damage, or loss. - Please track your package, bring it in promptly, and double-check your address before purchasing. **Weather Protection** ❄️🔥 Heat packs and insulation are available and strongly recommended in extreme temperatures. Without them, I cannot guarantee or replace plants with temperature damage. **Pests & Quarantine** ⚠️ I use beneficial insects for pest management. With all new plant purchases, it is suggested to quarantine new plants for at least 2 weeks. **Claims** 🧾 Considered case by case for issues unrelated to normal plant behavior, shipping delays, environmental factors, or standard plant care. Claims must be accompanied by an unedited box-opening video within 24 hours of the carrier's recorded delivery time! Please send me a message directly. 🚨 All sales are final.
