For plants, I generally use UPS 3 day select shipping, but that can be upgraded as needed. For 3D printed items, I ship USPS Ground, but that can be upgraded as well if needed! Once a package is out me hands, I am not liable for any damage. Please feel free to reach out with questions!

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
