• Licensed Plant Nursery in NW FL • 📦Default shipping is UPS Ground. Boxes close on Sundays. ✈️We ship Mon - Wed Upgraded shipping is in the shop. UPS Next Day Air is required for DOA. Shipping cost for UPS Ground is $18 + $2 for each additional plant. If you get upgraded shipping, the additional charge is on top of the standard UPS Ground charge. If shipping is more, we will send an invoice for the shipping difference. ❗️UPS shipping requires a physical address inputted. If you have a PO Box, your package will ship USPS Priority. 🚫No holds 🌱Live plants can experience transit stress. We are not responsible for plant growth/health once the plant has left our care. If your plant arrives DOA, an unboxing video needs to be sent to us within 2 hours upon arrival. The video must include you opening the box from start to finish to determine what could have happened for resolution. Weather and carrier mishandling are out of the sellers control. 🚫No cancellations, refunds or returns. 🥶Weather protection is required for DOA warranty when needed. Recommended when temperatures drop below 60°. If you ONLY purchase insulation and we find purchasing a heat pack necessary for the safety of your plants, DOA warranty does not apply. Heat pack and insulation BOTH need to be purchased when temperatures drop below 60° for DOA warranty to apply.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
