Please review our shipping and live-arrival policies before purchasing. 📦 Shipping We ship primarily on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed on shipping days may ship the following week. We strongly prefer shipping to a carrier hub for pickup whenever possible for the safety of your animals. 🪲 Live Arrival Guarantee Our Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) applies to overnight shipping only. Packages should be picked up from the hub or brought indoors promptly after delivery. We cannot guarantee animals left outside or exposed to extreme temperatures. 📸 Live Arrival Claims Any losses must be reported within 2 hours of delivery or hub pickup with clear photos and/or video of the animals and packaging.
