My goal is simple: healthy plants, honest service, and a community that grows together. 🌱 Plant Quality * Every plant is inspected before shipping. * Live plants are unique and may have minor cosmetic imperfections. * Variegation, leaf shape, size, and color naturally vary from plant to plant. * Some shipping stress, such as a yellow leaf or slight drooping, is normal and usually resolves with proper care. 📦 Shipping * Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to help avoid weekend delays. * Plants are packaged securely to protect them during transit. * Heat packs and insulation are available upon request during colder months. * Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, I cannot guarantee shipping delays, weather conditions, or rough handling. 💚 Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Your satisfaction matters to me! If your plant arrives dead on arrival (DOA), please message me within 2 hours of delivery with: * Photos of the unopened box * The shipping label * The packaging * Clear photos of the plant I’ll work with you to find a fair solution whenever possible. 🐛 Pest Policy Every plant is carefully inspected before shipping. While I take every precaution, live plants can never be guaranteed 100% pest-free. I always recommend quarantining new plants before adding them to your collection. 🚫 Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of live plants, I do not accept returns. Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis for qualifying Live Arrival Guarantee claims. 🌿 Buyer Responsibility Please research the care requirements of each plant before purchasing. If your area is experiencing extreme temperatures, I highly recommend adding insulation or a heat pack to help protect your new plant during shipping. 💬 Let’s Grow Together!
