SHIPPING 📦 • Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. • Standard shipping is UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. • Upgraded shipping is highly recommended for sensitive plants and during extreme temperatures. • Please purchase one shipping upgrade for every 10 plants in your order. • WE DO NOT SHIP TO CALIFORNIA. Please do not purchase if your shipping address is located in California. Orders placed with a California shipping address will be canceled. LIVE PLANT SHIPPING 🌱 Please remember that plants are living things! Some cosmetic damage, yellowing, leaf loss, drooping, or general shipping stress can occur during transit. This does not necessarily mean the plant is unhealthy. Please research the care and acclimation needs of your plant before purchasing, especially when purchasing tissue cultures, starter plants, or sensitive varieties. DAMAGED PLANTS 🪴 If your plant arrives with significant damage, please contact within 24 hours after delivery confirmation through Palmstreet and provide clear photos of: • The plant • The packaging • The shipping box Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved. Ground shipping carries a greater risk of delays and temperature-related damage. Upgraded shipping is strongly recommended when weather conditions or plant sensitivity make extended transit risky. Any refunds, replacements, credits, or other resolutions will be handled in accordance with Palmstreet’s platform policies. WEATHER PROTECTION ❄️☀️ Please check your local temperatures before ordering. During cold weather, winter protection/heat packs should be purchased when appropriate. During extreme heat, consider upgrading your shipping speed or requesting that your order be held until conditions improve. Weather protection helps reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a live plant will arrive completely unaffected by extreme temperatures. ALL SALES FINAL • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES 🌿 If there is a qualifying issue with your order, a refund may be issued when necessary after the issue has been reviewed. Photos and/or video of the plant, packaging, and shipping box may be required. Please contact me through Palmstreet within 24 hours after delivery if there is a problem with your order. Refunds and other resolutions are subject to Palmstreet’s platform policies and buyer-protection requirements. CANCELLATIONS All sales are considered final unless otherwise required by Palmstreet’s policies. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. TISSUE CULTURES 🧪🌱 Tissue cultures require proper acclimation after arrival. Success after acclimation begins can depend on humidity, temperature, lighting, sterility, substrate, and the buyer’s acclimation method. Please inspect your TC immediately upon arrival and contact me promptly if there is an issue before opening or beginning acclimation, whenever possible.
