🪴 Shop Guidelines: -Please purchase responsibly. If your local temperatures are cold, it is your responsibility to purchase necessary additions. Examples include, but not limited to, heat packs, next day shipping, etc. Insulation included while supplies last as a thank you ❤️ Heat packs additional 4$. -Plants will be shipped Mondays-Wednesdays to avoid potential weekend delays. During the summer, I am open to shipping on Thursdays and Fridays since cold weather (usually) is not a threat. -To reduce shipping costs for you and myself, I reuse shipping materials that are in good condition. This is done also for sustainability purposes (I believe this hobby should be practiced as sustainably as possible). -I do have insulated packaging materials, please send me a message if you need it! -I offer heat packs as well for an additional $4 to cover the cost. Its important to note that heat packs are not effective in temperatures below 32 F. -No refunds, replacements, or returns at this time. -I do my absolute best to ensure plants are packaged carefully and necessarily for the conditions of their destination. I take a lot of pride in the quality of plants within my collection and want the best for the plants I sell. Please understand I am not responsible for any mishaps during shipping/delivery. -I am just one person, I am not a large greenhouse. I do what I do because I love it! Please understand that, though you can purchase plants at any time, I will not be able to respond to messages immediately. Rest assured, I will respond to all messages within 24 hours.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
