shipping is done on Monday- Wednesdays ( typically) via UPS and can be done using combo shipping. If refunds are needed; They will be done at the time of shipping. no refunds especially after 48 hours of receipt unless deemed by Get Potted Raleigh. No shipping costs are refunded once plants have been shipped. Cuttings are purchased AT YOUR OWN RISK ( AYOR) You are responsibly for GIVY shipping but can be with combo. You are also responsible for any shipping overages due. plants can be damaged via shipping but typically bounce back after about 4 weeks. THis is an acclimation period. restock on cancelled orders of 25%
