If weather conditions are unsafe, shipping may be delayed and the buyer will be notified. Buyers are responsible for checking their local weather and ensuring packages are not left outside for extended periods, especially in extreme temperatures. Standard shipping is UPS 3-Day. A UPS 2-Day upgrade may be available in the shop.CA, AK & HI USPS Priority and shipping is your own risk. Insulation is included at no extra cost. 📍 Shipping from Victoria, Texas Local pick-up may be available upon request. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery speed and handling are outside of our control. ⸻ 🌿 Live Plant Notice These are live plants being shipped in a box, and minor cosmetic damage can occur during transit. Plants are carefully packaged, but we are not liable for shipping issues, including: • carrier delays • lost packages • temperature exposure • carrier mishandling That said, we value our customers and will always do our best to help if issues arise. ⸻ 🎥 Claims Policy To qualify for a claim, a clear unboxing video must be recorded within 2 hours of delivery. The video must show: • the sealed package before opening • the plant still inside the box • the full unpacking process This allows us to determine whether damage occurred during shipping or handling. Claims submitted without an unboxing video cannot be approved. ⸻ 🌱 Plant Condition & Acclimation Plants are inspected and photographed before shipping. Because plants are living organisms, they may experience shipping or acclimation stress once they arrive in their new environment. This may include: • temporary drooping • yellowing leaves • minor leaf loss This is normal plant behavior during adjustment and is not considered damage or grounds for a refund. ⸻ 🍃 Variegation & Plant Variability Variegation, leaf shape, color, and growth patterns may vary from plant to plant and from leaf to leaf. Plants may change appearance as they mature or adjust to a new environment. Unless otherwise stated, the plant shown in the listing or live sale is the exact plant you will receive. Please review the plant carefully before purchasing. ⸻ 🐞 Pest Prevention All plants are inspected and treated preventatively before shipping. However, because plants are living items grown in natural environments, we cannot guarantee they are completely pest-free. Buyers are encouraged to quarantine new plants upon arrival as part of standard plant care. ⸻ 📬 Address & Delivery Responsibility Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery time and handling are outside of our control. ⸻ ❌ Final Sale Policy All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
