🌿 SHOP POLICIES Please review before purchasing/bidding. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the policies below. 📦 SHIPPING ⚠️Default Shipping: Your order will ship using the service that most closely matches the total shipping amount you paid: • USPS Ground Advantage • UPS Ground • UPS 3 Day • UPS 2 Day We will select the appropriate service based on the shipping amount collected for your order. 📦 Qualifying Orders go UPS automatically 📦 Next Day & 2-Day upgrade in the shop 🚢 Orders ship ______ with box’s closing Sunday ‼️Shop Guidelines Below 📥 Orders placed outside of the shows will be shipped the following day unless they fall a day in between live shows. Plants are living products and may experience normal shipping stress. Buyers are responsible for selecting appropriate shipping/weather upgrades when offered. Once the label and box’s are created and closed and the buyer attempts to purchase an upgrade after that point that upgrade will be cancelled unfortunately. Carrier and weather delays are outside our control. If concerned about weather, contact us before shipment to discuss available options. 🔴 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS All auction sales are final. Please bid responsibly. • Cancellations are only considered before a shipping label is created. • If approved, a 50% refund will be issued to cover lost opportunity, time, fees and order preparation. • Once a shipping label is created, no cancellations will be accepted. • If an item becomes unavailable through no fault of the buyer, we will work with you on a resolution. Platform policies and buyer protections supersede shop policies where applicable. 🌱 LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE A plant is considered alive when its applicable growth point, node, corm, rhizome and/or root system remains viable and capable of continued growth. The following alone are NOT considered DOA: • Yellowing/dropped leaves • Bent/damaged leaves or stems • Cosmetic damage or shipping stress • Minor root loss or temporary decline • Loss/reduction of variegation • Dormancy or acclimation-related decline A plant may be considered DOA when its essential growth structure is completely compromised with no viable growth point remaining. 🎥 DELIVERY CONCERNS & CLAIMS For ANY live-arrival, damage or condition claim, an uninterrupted unboxing video is REQUIRED and must be submitted within 1 HOUR of the carrier’s time-stamped delivery. The video must: • Begin BEFORE opening the package • Clearly show the unopened package • Show the entire unboxing without cuts, pauses or edits • Clearly show the item, packaging and condition upon arrival • For tissue cultures, show the plant SEALED and BEFORE DEFLASKING 🚨 No uninterrupted unboxing video = claim may not qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee. Do not repot, cut, treat, divide, deflask or otherwise alter a plant involved in a claim before contacting us. 🧪 TISSUE CULTURE Tissue cultures require proper acclimation. By purchasing, you acknowledge the risks associated with deflasking/acclimation. Plantlets naturally vary in size, coloration, variegation, roots and leaf count. Yellowing, melting, leaf loss, minor root loss and other shipping/acclimation stress may occur and are not automatically considered DOA. For claims, tissue cultures MUST remain sealed during the unboxing video and concerns documented BEFORE DEFLASKING. Once deflasked, continued success depends on the buyer’s environment and acclimation process and cannot be guaranteed. 🪴 ACCLIMATION & CARE Temperature: If unusually hot/chilled, allow the plant to gradually return to room temperature. Humidity: High-humidity plants should be transitioned gradually. Sudden changes may cause limp stems, yellowing or leaf loss. If provided with a cup/dome, gradually acclimate before removing. Repotting: Avoid immediately repotting a shipping-stressed plant unless necessary. For Alocasia, we recommend waiting approximately 2 weeks when possible. Watering: We grow plants on the drier side to encourage healthy roots and prevent rot. Avoid immediately soaking a shipping-stressed plant. Rehydrate gradually based on your substrate/environment. 🌿 VARIEGATION Future variegation is never guaranteed. Current coloration does not guarantee the amount, pattern or presence of variegation in future growth. Genetics, stress and growing conditions may affect coloration. ❤️ PLEASE REMEMBER Shipping and acclimation aren’t always pretty. A yellowing, damaged or lost leaf does not necessarily mean a dead plant. If something doesn’t look right, keep the plant as received, document it during your unboxing video and contact us before making changes. Purchase responsibly. Acclimate patiently. Grow something awesome. 🌱
While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.
If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
