Please review the following before purchasing. 🪴Plant Health; -All plants are inspected before shipping. -Minor cosmetic imperfections, older leaves, or slight shipping stress are normal with live plants. -Please read listings carefully and ask questions before purchasing. 📦Shipping: -Orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. -Shipping costs reflect packaging materials and current market rates. It is also location based. -I ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority. If the shipping cost covers it, I will ship UPS 2nd Day Air. -Plants are packaged with care to minimize transit damage. -Once a package is in the carrier's possession, shipping delays and damages are outside my control. -I will send photos or videos of packages and their contents prior to shipping them off. 🌡️Weather: -Please monitor your local weather before ordering. -If your local weather is extreme, please message me and we can explore your options. -I cannot guarantee plant condition upon arrival, especially if weather protection is declined. 🧾Returns & Refunds: -Because these are live plants, returns are not accepted. -If your plant arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), contact me within 12 hours of delivery with: 1. An unboxing video 2.Clear photos of the plant 3. Photos of the packaging -Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
