This page will provide high-level updates on our progress in addressing all of the buyers and sellers who were impacted by the recent UPS issue.
TO BUYERS:
As of today, we have processed 100% of all claims by refunding those orders involved. Now that all processing is finished, we will send a notification to all impacted buyers and sellers. You can view refunds in the Palmstreet app by going to Profile>Settings>My orders>choose filter (top right) then select Refunded and click Apply.
If you had giveaway orders affected by the UPS issue, you will receive Palmstreet Credit, reflecting the item value set at the time of the giveaway. You can check your credit in Profile › Settings › My Credit, and it will be automatically applied to your next eligible purchase.
TO SELLERS:
We have processed 100% of all claims, and have refunded the buyers in full. Sellers have also been reimbursed for these orders. Reimbursement include the full amount of your profit for each order as a seller, and can be found in your Palmstreet wallet, showing as a positive number that will represent the total refunded amount for those orders.
If you had giveaway order affected by the UPS issue, you have been reimbursed for any shipping profit on these orders, with payments reflected in your Palmstreet Wallet.
