Update on Restocking Fee Limits

Dear Palmstreet Sellers,

Thank you for being part of the beta test for the Restocking Fee feature. Your participation and feedback have been incredibly valuable in helping us refine this tool to better serve Palmstreet community—both sellers and buyers.

What’s Changing:

Starting October 3, 2025, the maximum restocking fee will be capped at 15%. Previously, it could set between 5% and 25%. Any fees currently set above 15% will be automatically adjusted to the new limit—no action is required on your part.

• If your current restocking fee is already 15% or lower → nothing changes.
• If your current restocking fee is above 15% → your setting will automatically update to 15%.‎‏
