Effective November 26, 2025, we've implemented enhanced requirements for our Trusted Seller program to better reflect the experience and reliability that this badge represents. Starting December 31st, sellers who don't meet the new requirements will see their Trusted Seller status updated in batches.
Here's how becoming a trusted seller now works:

As Palmstreet has grown, we've strengthened our Risk Control system to create a more secure environment for everyone. The previous 5-order threshold was a great starting point, but we needed a clearer standard that truly represents consistent, reliable seller performance.
The new 50 unique buyers requirement ensures that the Trusted Seller badge signals genuine marketplace experience to buyers, which ultimately benefits both seller credibility and buyer confidence. This creates a stronger foundation for long-term growth and sustainability across our platform.
If you currently have Trusted Seller status: Don't worry if you don't immediately meet the new requirement. You have until December 31 to work toward the 50 unique buyers milestone. Once you reach it, your Trusted Seller status will be remain in place.
If you're working toward these milestones: Every successfully delivered order brings you closer to Fast Seller and eventually Trusted Seller status. The system automatically tracks your progress.
We understand that payout timing is crucial for your business operations. While Trusted Sellers enjoy fast payouts (available once the carrier scans the package), other sellers will receive payouts after orders are marked as delivered.
To help manage cash flow, we offer the Overdraft feature for sellers using Palmstreet shipping labels. This allows you to cover shipping costs before payout, keeping your operations running smoothly.
