What does "Total earned" in your wallet mean?

"Total earned" means available balance amount in your wallet. NOTE: The available balance amount refers to the sales amount after deducting the Stripe payment fee and tax amount.

Examples:

1. The total sales amount of all the orders you have already shipped. (For Trusted Sellers)

2. The total sales amount of all the orders you have already delivered. (For non-Trusted Sellers)

If you are new to Plant Story, the funds for your first orders will be released once the buyer receives their items and the order status is marked as "delivered", and you will become a "Trusted Seller". Being a trusted seller means you will receive payments in your wallet as soon as you ship out and all future orders are marked as "in-transit".

You can check your Plant Story wallet balance in your account’s settings, under total balance. Once you add in the proper banking info, you can transfer your earnings to your PayPal, Venmo, or external bank account.
