2. Product Safety & Compliance
- All products must be properly labeled in compliance with FDA regulations and the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MOCRA).
- We do not accept products containing harmful or questionable ingredients. Brands must be transparent about their formulations.
- Brands with EWG certification will be given priority consideration, as we highly value environmental and ingredient safety standards.

3. Banned Ingredients & Product Restrictions
Palmstreet Beauty is committed to clean beauty. We do not allow products containing:
- Parabens
- Phthalates
- Sulfates (SLS/SLES)
- Formaldehyde-releasing preservatives
- Synthetic fragrances (unless disclosed and safe)
- Mineral oil & petroleum-based ingredients
- Any ingredients flagged as harmful by EWG or similar safety organizations

- Brands must provide full ingredient lists and disclose their sourcing practices where applicable.

- Brands must not engage in false advertising, misleading claims, or greenwashing.
