October 22, 2025 - This week, we made the difficult decision to permanently ban a seller account following repeated violations of our Terms of Service and Seller Community Guidelines.
This decision came after an extensive review process that identified a pattern of conduct inconsistent with Palmstreet's commitment to fostering a respectful, safe, and compliant marketplace environment, and multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve the problematic behavior.
Maintaining a trusted marketplace requires consistent enforcement of our community standards. While we value every member of our seller community, we cannot compromise on the safety and respect owed to our customers, other sellers, and staff. This action reflects our commitment to those principles.
All pending orders associated with the banned account have been canceled, and customers are being refunded. We are working to ensure minimal disruption to affected buyers.
We apply our Terms of Service consistently and fairly across all accounts, and enforcement decisions are made after thorough review. We remain committed to transparency in our policies while respecting the privacy of individual account holders.
We continue to welcome feedback from our community, and encourage all members to utilize appropriate channels for reporting concerns or seeking support.
