Thank you for embracing our Labubu launch on Palmstreet! We recently completed 31 days of our Labubu scavenger hunt giveaway and want to thank everyone who participated and shopped for Labubus on our platform.

As we continue to grow this exciting category, we want to reaffirm our commitment to authenticity. On Palmstreet, we exclusively allow the sale of authentic Pop Mart Labubus. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeits and, to prevent any confusion, we do not allow the sale of any hand-made or fake Labubu figures that are the same or similar size, shape, or design as official Pop Mart Labubus—even when sellers are transparent about its inauthenticity.

We make these restrictions because buyer protection is our highest priority, and preventing misleading or lookalike products is essential to maintaining trust in our marketplace. Listings found to violate our policies will be removed.

To further safeguard our community, we're introducing comprehensive buyer protection for all Labubu purchases:If you believe you've received a counterfeit or misrepresented item, you can request a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact our customer support team and provide:

• Four clear photos of the Labubu figure from different angles
• A photo showing both the toy and its box, with the QR code clearly visible
• A close-up photo of the QR code on both the box and tag (if available)

Once our team verifies your submission, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method.

 ‌‍What’s Allowed

Original “fan-art” or Labubu-inspired creations that are clearly distinct from existing Pop Mart products in both design and form are welcome, as long as they:

• Are no larger than 3 inches in height.
• Are clear to buyers—in both the title and description—that they are not official Pop Mart products.

Examples include unique interpretations, stylized versions, or alternative art pieces that do not replicate official Labubu figures. These exclusions are subject to change as the category evolves.

Seller Accountability

When counterfeits are confirmed, first-time violations result in temporary seller suspension while our team conducts a comprehensive review of the seller's compliance with our authentication policies. Repeat violations may result in permanent platform removal.
