By enabling this feature, your customers can save more on shipping costs as they place more orders from your Livestream, Purge, and Marketplace. How to Enable it?

To enable the combined shipping fee feature, you need to follow these steps:

• Go to the Profile tab > Settings > My Shop Policies, and click "Allow combined shipping".
• Then, a pop-up window will appear, please carefully read the notice and click "Yes" to confirm.

How Does it Work?

• Once the combined shipping option is activated, customers placing orders from our livestream, Purge, or Marketplace will be charged the base shipping fee only once.
• If a customer places an additional order before the shipment of the order with base shipping fee, only the add-on shipping fee will apply to it.
• This policy applies to any subsequent orders placed by the customer, as long as there are unshipped orders from you that have incurred the base shipping fee.

What Are the Exceptions?

• If a new shipping fee rule is set for the specific Livestream or Purge, it will override the default combined shipping fee rule. For example, if the seller's livestream shipping fee rule is set as free shipping, orders placed in the specific livestream will not be charged any shipping fees.

• Once the seller customizes an item's shipping fee, the buyer will be charged this exact amount. For instance, if the default shipping fee rule is $10+ ($2 for each additional item), but the item shipping fee is customized as $8, the buyer will be charged $8 shipping fee.

• Add-on items are exempt from the combined shipping fee rule under all circumstances. This means that even if a buyer purchases both main items and add-on items, only the main items will apply to the combined shipping fee rule.
