Reimbursements will be calculated from November 15, 2024, to January 15, 2025. This program is designed to help subsidize the cost of heat packs for plant shipments, reducing the financial burden associated with winter shipping while boosting plant sales.

A: The free 72hr heat packs will be mailed within the next 10 business days.
Q: If I’m Exclusive, will I still be reimbursed for heat packs after the 50 free ones are used?
