Effortlessly Manage Your Shipping Address on Palmstreet.

Buyers are required to set up the shipping address before placing non local pick up orders during a live show or in the marketplace. And you shall confirm your shipping address before bidding or making purchases since after winning an auction or making a purchase, it can not be changed on your end anymore.

First Time Setting Up Your Account Address

• Go to your profile tab
• Access Settings
• Select "Manage address"
• Click "add new address" to fill in your default address
• Confirm your address before tapping the "Save" button

After that, the address will apply as your shipping address once you make a purchase on our platform if no further updates conducted by you.

If you do not set up any address in advance, you will also be required to fill it out before placing a bid or checking out.

Updating Shipping Address While Checking Out

• Click "Buy now" in marketplace / "Get it now" in the live
• View your current shipping address
• Tap "+" to fill in a new address
• Save it as your new default address

Setting Up Shipping Address Before Bidding Auction Items

• Click the Wallet icon in the livestreams
• View your current shipping address
• Tap the Edit icon
• Click "+" to add a new address
• Save it as your new default address

Deleting Your Old Address

• Go to your profile tab
• Access Settings
• Select "Manage address"
• Find the address that you do not need anymore
• Swipe the address detail from left to the right
• Click the delete button to confirm and delete it

Yes, you can pre-add several addresses and select the one you need before checking out.

Will my change to my default address apply to my previous placed orders?

No, it can not be automatically applied to your orders that placed before the change.

What should I do if I just forgot to update my shipping address while making a purchase?

Please reach out to our support team to try updating for you if the order is not shipped yet.
