Palmstreet now supports add, view, edit, and delete in-app order notes directly within the Seller Hub, streamlining the fulfillment process and enhancing order accuracy.
This feature is designed to promote consistent fulfillment practices, reduce operational errors, and centralize key communications within the Seller Hub. Order notes can now be documented and accessed more efficiently, contributing to a more reliable and organized workflow.
A new “Add a note” icon has been added to the order list, enabling fast and convenient entry of order notes associated with individual orders.
Notes are visible in both the “My orders” list and the individual “Order details” page, providing a complete snapshot of all relevant communications and fulfillment instructions.
All notes are automatically included on printed packing slips, ensuring that critical fulfillment details are visible throughout the packaging process.
