1. Navigate to ‘Settings’.
2. Select ‘Seller Coupon’.
3. Click ‘Create’.
4. Fill in the details: Coupon Name, Valid Duration, and Coupon Type (choose from % off or Amount off).
5. Click ‘Create’ to finalize your coupon.
6. Share the promotion link.

Redeeming coupons on Palmstreet is equally simple for buyers, ensuring they can easily benefit from the promotions available:
1. Users with the app version ≥8.6.4 can redeem coupons directly through the shared link.
2. Those unable to redeem or with app versions ≤8.6.4 can manually enter the Coupon Code promoted by the seller.
1. Who can issue coupons?
Only sellers have the access to create coupons, including Marketplace and Live sellers.
2. Can sellers edit the coupon once it's created?
No, once it is created, it cannot be edited. However, it can be stopped by clicking 'Stop Issuing'.
3. What happens when issuing a coupon is stopped?
Customers won't be able to redeem the coupon via the promotion code or link anymore. However, already redeemed coupons remain valid and usable.
