Native to southern China and Vietnam (~1,000–1,500 m), this species grows on trees in bright, seasonal forests with distinct wet and dry periods.

To replicate its environment:

Bright, indirect light

Warm, humid summers (active growth)

Cooler, drier winters (rest period)

Think sunlit forest branches with seasonal rhythm.
