Each plant is rooted, established, indoor-grown, and pest-free at time of shipment.

Grown under controlled lighting, humidity, and temperature conditions.

Plants may experience minor acclimation when transitioning to a new environment.

Future variegation is not guaranteed.

• Continental U.S. only

• No shipping to Hawaii or Puerto Rico

• Professionally packaged for transit

• Optional heat pack and insulation available

Carrier delays, weather exposure, and transit handling are outside of our control once shipped.

Orders

All sales and auction bids are final.

Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to shipping label creation.

Approved cancellations (if granted) are eligible for a 50% refund.

No cancellations once a label has been created.

Claims

To review delivery concerns:

• Submit clear photos within 24 hours

• Tissue cultures must be photographed prior to deflasking

• Unboxing video within 24 hours is accepted
