🚚 All orders ship with UPS ground as a default or you can purchase upgraded shipping as an add-on. We only ship on Mon/Tues so plants sit the least time in transit.

📦We are very experienced in both shipping plants and receiving plants in the mail. We will always pack our plants the way we'd want our own to be packed - with quality and pride!

⏳️We will pack your plants for the best journey possible but can not be held responsible for issues/delays caused by the carrier. All sales final. A yellow leaf or minor cosmetic damage is sometimes possible/normal with shipped plants, especially in extreme temperatures. With that said, we still believe the most important rule is to treat others as we'd want to be treated, so if there are any issues please notify us with an unboxing video within two hours of delivery. We are always happy to help resolve any problems we can.
