Any damage or issues that you believe occurred during shipping must be reported within 1 hour of delivery/unpacking. To be eligible for consideration, please provide:

📸 Clear photos of the shipping box/package from all sides

📸 Photos of the packaging materials

📸 Clear photos/videos of the plant and any damage

🎥 An unboxing video is strongly recommended and may be requested when reviewing a damage claim.

Claims made after the 1-hour reporting window may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or other resolution.

Please remember that plants are living organisms and may experience minor cosmetic changes or stress during transit. Some drooping, yellowing, leaf movement, or minor damage can occur during shipping and does not necessarily indicate a damaged or unhealthy plant.
