The Monstera deliciosa 'White Monster' is an ultra-rare, highly coveted variegated cultivar originally developed by the respected Japanese grower Kunzo Nishihata. It is famous for its ghostly appearance, where new leaves often emerge nearly entirely white or creamy pale, slowly hardening off over time to reveal a deep green surface with high-contrast, fine white marbling and sectoral speckling. Because the vast white areas lack chlorophyll, this variety is a slow grower and requires precise care to maintain its striking colors.
