Shipping & Protection Policy:

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (includes $100 insurance). For live plants, we strongly recommend adding the Weather Protection add-on ($5 – insulation + cold/heat pack) and UPS 2nd Day Air upgrade ($10) for faster, more temperature-stable transit.

⚠️ Refunds/replacements for weather or transit-time related damage are only honored if both add-ons were purchased. This does not affect coverage for carrier mishandling, which is covered separately under USPS's included insurance.
