Labisia 'Turtle Back,' also sold as Kura Kura, named for the Malay and Indonesian words for turtle. Thick leaves with a raised, shell-like pattern: dark bubbled patches outlined in bright green veins. New leaves come in burgundy and darken as they mature.
What you get: the exact plant pictured, in its current pot.
Care:
β’ Bright, indirect light. No direct sun.
β’ Water when the top third of the soil is dry. Don't let it sit wet.
β’ Loves humidity (60β70%). Great for a cabinet, terrarium, or near a humidifier. Crispy brown edges mean it needs more moisture in the air.
β’ Keep it warm, 60β85Β°F.
β’ Slow grower, so it stays compact on a shelf.
