Care - enclosures should have on wet and one dry side. spagnum moss wet, and for the dry side we use coco husk fibers. the middle should be substrate with leaf litter to forage and some kind of bark flat for them to hide beneath. food - calcium is a must such as egg shells or a cuddle bone should always be provided. we feed ours krill, goldfish food flakes, and vegetables. that's protien, yeast and micronutrients, and veggies. laevis species are heavily protien seeking so more protien is required than other pod species. for this reason and that they are a bolder species, we DO NOT RECOMMEND PORCELIO *LAEVIS* SPECIES EVER BE USED AS BIOACTIVE INSECTS. it can endanger your reptile/amphibian/snake/invertibrate!!!!
