Fresh cuttings do come with normal propagation risk, so they are best for buyers who are comfortable rooting Hoyas. 🌱 Fresh Cutting Policy I guarantee 'live' healthy delivery. Please take good pictures and reach out right away if something doesn't meet your expectations. Cuttings are taken at the time of packing to maximize freshness. Once delivered, rooting success is the buyer’s responsibility. Depending on the plant and shipping time, I may pack with damp cotton and foil, a water vial, or simply fresh cut and packed as-is. For many sturdy Hoyas shipping 2–3 days, the safest option is often to cut fresh and pack dry. Upon delivery, I recommend placing the cutting in a cup of water while you prepare your rooting setup. Some people prefer water rooting first, while others go straight into their favorite medium — do what has worked best for you!
