Heat packs can only do so much and once temperatures fall below a certain point, they do very little.
Our Winter Insurance includes a heat pack (we will determine if you need one) and ensures that your plants arrive to you with little to no cold damage if your daytime highs are above 40F. This insurance will guarantee a store credit on our website for the value of your purchase, minus shipping costs. No refunds are issued.
If you do not purchase Winter Insurance and your plants are damaged by freezing temperatures we will not issue a refund, credit or replacement for your plants.
If your lows at any point are below 25F please take note that you are ordering TROPICAL plants that will likely arrive damaged due to those temperatures.
